摘要
通过构建数控机床运动部件爬行力学模型,推导出位移、速度、加速度数学表达式;探讨产生爬行的条件,通过引入运动均匀性系数,详细推导出产生爬行的临界速度表达式;并给出消除数控机床运动部件爬行的一些新措施。
The displacement, velocity and acceleration expressions were constructed to moving part creep of NC machine tool by building its mechanics model. Creep condition was discussed. The creep critical speed expression was derived by introducing a uniformity coefficient. Some new measures were presented to eliminate moving part creep of NC machine tool.
