摘要
买电商常常面临从多个电力市场中购电问题。如何分配在各市场中买电量 ,使总费用最小 ,对于买电商而言 ,有着重要的经济意义。本文以美国加州电力市场模式为背景 ,基于PX市场机理 ,探讨了买电商在日市场、时市场和ISO市场的投资分配问题 ,仿真结果表明本研究可为买电商寻求最优投资策略提供辅助决策作用。
A power demander often purchases energy from multi market,it is very important in economic for demander to deal with the asset allocation problem and minimize the cost Based on the background of California power market,by analyzing the market mechanism,an asset allocation problem for power demander purchasing energy in day ahead market,hour ahead market and ISO market is solved in this paper The numerical simulation results based on dynamic program show that this research can provide decision support for power demander to optimize their demand bidding strategy
