摘要
容克式空气预热器是大中型电站锅炉上广泛采用的尾部换热设备 ,漏风率高是该类设备的致命缺点 ,所以在容克式空气预热器技术中 ,防止或降低漏风即密封技术占有很重要的地位。推导空气预热器漏风的一般性计算公式 ,分析影响漏风的因素 ,提出了采用双密封技术 ,新结构静密封 ,安装漏风自动控制系统等降低漏风的对策。
Ljungstrom air heaters are used widely in large and medium sized power plants.But air leakage is more serious than other kinds of air heaters. Hence, it's very important to reduce air leakage.The general prediction of leakage rate is presented.Influencing factors are analyzed. Countermeasures such as double seals,new structure of static seal,automatic control system are introduced.
