摘要
从产生容克式空气预热器漏风原因分析入手,阐述了漏风系数、间隙面积、空气侧与烟气侧之间的压力差△P、转速、结构等因素对漏风及漏风率的影响,提出了减少漏风及控制漏风率的措施。
Analyzes the cause of air leakage of the type of Junker air preheater, describes the influence of the air leakage coefficient, the gap area; the pressure difference （△p） between air side and smoke side, the rotating velocity and structure on the air leakage and the rate of air leakage, puts forward the measures of reducing air leakage and controlling leakage rate.
