摘要
介绍了一种面向多关节机器人的开放式通用控制器。它基于PC平台 ,其硬件以DSP数字处理器 ,构成运动控制卡 ,可方便地在ISA总线上进行扩展 ,实现多轴伺服控制。软件采用模块化设计 ,C语言编程 ,实现了示教盒菜单模式下的汉化操作。该控制器在硬件和软件方面都具有良好的开放性和通用性 ,可扩展性 ,可移植性强 。
A kind of universal robot controller with open system architecture is present. Study and design of the controller is based on industrial PC. The hardware framework of controller is mainly composed of DSP servo motion board that can be freely extended via ISA bus. The systematic software is programmed with C language by modularization method. Due to the open and universality both in hardware and software, this kind of controller can be applied to various multi joint robots.
