摘要
引用岩石爆破理论,结合冻土爆破破坏特征,探讨了立井冻土钻爆法施工掏槽参数和光爆参数的设计计算方法.在此基础上,以冻结砂土为原型进行掏槽爆破和光面爆破模型试验.结果表明,当孔深Lb=1.0~1.5m时,较为合理的掏槽爆破参数为:单位耗药量q=1.8~2.4kg/m3,槽孔布置圈径D=1.0~1.2m,孔距b=500~700mm;较为合理的光面爆破参数为:炮孔间距b=500~700mm,炮孔密集系数m=0.8~1.2,径向空气间隙或轴向空气垫层不偶合装药结构.
In this paper, the calculating methods of cut blasting and smooth blasting parameters for drilling and blasting of a vertical shaft in frozensoil are raised in the light of the rock blasting theory and the features of frozensoil blasting. Based on above, the model experiments on cut blasting and smooth blasting in frozensoil are conducted. The results of model experiments have shown that, at hole depth Lb of 1.0-1.5m, more reasonable cat blasting parameters are unit consumption of charge q= 1.8-2.4kg/m3, diameter of arrangement cirde of cut holes D=1.0-1.2m, hole interval b=500-700mm, and reasonable smooth blasting parameters are blasthole interval b=500-700mm, density coefficient of blastholes m=0.8-1.2. A decoupling charging strwture with air spaces in radial or axial directions is used.
