摘要
依据 70年代在青藏高原风火山和清水河试验场进行的爆破试验成果 ,提出了高原冻土地区路堑爆破开挖应遵循快速施工 ,爆破作业要重视保护生态环境 ,以及在恶劣气候条件下确保爆破安全的基本原则。阐述了实现上述原则的主要技术对策是 :①选择确定合理的一次爆破规模 ;努力提高爆破钻孔与成孔效率 ;优化爆破设计参数 ,做到路堑一次爆破成型 ;做好施工组织设计 ,实现不间断高效作业。②严格控制爆破开挖在设计界限内进行 ;努力避免爆破开挖对工点周围生态环境的破坏 ;在施工中采取措施 ,减少冻土的热融。③采用防水抗冻爆破器材 ,提高爆破的准爆率 ;确保高原雷电气象环境下爆破器材的安全 ;
According to the result of blasting experiment conducted in Fenghuoshan and Qingshuihe in Qinghai Tibet Plateau in 1970′s, we recommend three basic principles of railway trench excavation by blasting in plateau frost soil zone as follows. First, the blasting must be quick to finish the cutting in plateau frost soil zone. Secondly, we are responsible for the ecosystem and environment protection during the blasting. Thirdly, we are also to ensure safety under bad climate. The primary measures to realize the above principles above are:①Choosing a rational blasting scale; increasing the efficiency of drilling as far as we can; the cutting had better to be blasted in one time and it is in the right shape; well organize the operation plan to realize efficiency in work without interruption.②Strictly limiting the blasting to the designed range; avoiding destroying the environment around the blasting site; taking action to reduce the thawing of frozen soil.③Using waterproof and antifreezing blasting equipment to increase the detonating efficiency; ensuring the safety of equipment in thunder rich climate; paying attention to the safety of builders working in frost soil zone of plateau.
