摘要
从幼儿教育学教学现实及发展需要出发,并经过教改实践证明,幼师教育须转变教学现念,立足以学生发展为中心,重建教育目标及教材体系;优化课堂教学过程,充分发挥学生主体性;注重学生创新精神和教育实践能力的培养.
Infant pedagogics is a major course in theory in normal schools for trainee teachers to teach infants. We should improve our teaching methods to adapt to the reality and need of its deveopment. Some measures, which have been proved to be effective and workable in the writer's teaching, are put forward in this essay.
