摘要
利用 MTT比色法评价掺锶羟磷灰石固溶体 (简称锶磷灰石 )的细胞毒性。对自行合成含锶量克分子数比例分别为 1%、5 %、10 %、10 0 %的掺锶羟磷灰石用 MTT比色法进行细胞毒性测试。结果表明不同含锶量锶磷灰石的细胞毒性评级均为 1级。提示锶磷灰石无明显细胞毒性 。
This study was conducted to evaluate the cytotoxicity of strontium-substituted hydroxyapatite by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) colorimetry. We used the MTT method to assay the cytotoxycity of the strontium-substituted hydroxyapatite containing different strontium concentrations (1%, 5%, 10%, 100% Sr2+) and the pure hydroxyapatite. The results showed that the cytotoxicity scores of the different materials were grade 0 or grade 1. These led us to the conclusion that strontium-substituted hydroxyapatite has good biocompatibility.
