摘要
通过分析抽油井液位回音曲线特性 ,给出了检测曲线中特性脉冲的电路原理 ,进而提出了应用计算机技术处理回音信号、提取液位的方法 :与计算机结合 ,根据统计规律计算声速和液位值 .这种方法可以消除在测量中人为因素的影响 ,使得测量变得精确、方便、直接 .此方法在西安石油学院研制的 ZNY- 3型抽油机诊断仪中得到了较好的应用 .
The characteristics of the echo signal of the liquid surface of a pumping well were analysed. It was put forward that the liquid level value is extracted from the echo signal by a computer system. The authors present the principal curcuit for detecting the characteristic pulses of the echo signal, and state the method of calculating the liquid level value. The method can eliminate the influence of man made factors on the calculated result, so the result is more accurate. The study was successfully applied to ZNY 3 well pumping unit diagnosis instrument developed by Xi'an Petroleum Institute.
