摘要
液压游梁式抽油机是吸收液压抽油机和常规游梁式抽油机优点而研制的新型抽油机。采用ADAMS机械系统动力学仿真软件 ,建立了以三维实体结构为基础的液压游梁式抽油机游梁动力学仿真模型 ,并对抽油机的动力学特性及影响动力学特性的因素进行了仿真分析。结果表明 ,液压游梁式抽油机悬点运动速度近似为匀速直线运动 ,易于实现平衡 ,抽油机各构件的受力状况得到明显的改善 ,可满足采油工艺对有杆抽油设备提出的长冲程、低冲次、大泵深抽等要求 ,且与常规游梁抽油机相比 。
Hydraulic beam pumping unit is a new type of pumping unit that combines the advantages of both the conventional beam pumping unit and hydraulic pumping unit.Based on 3D actual structure Model.a dynamic simulation model of the new type unit is established by using ADAMS mechanical system simulation software,and the dynamic characteristics of the unit and relevant influencing factors are analyzed.The analytic results show that,the motion of the polished rod is approximately a kind of uniform motion,therefore the energy equilibrium of the unit is easily achieved,and the force status of its components is improved distinctly.The hydraulic beam pumping unit can meet the needs of rod pumping with long stroke,low pumping speed and large displacement,and can save energy greatly compared with the conventional beam pumping units.
