亚低温对肝缺血再灌注后超微结构的保护作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :观察亚低温 (33~ 35℃ )对肝缺血再灌注损伤超微结构的影响。方法 :将 18只犬随机分为三组 ,非缺血对照组、缺血再灌注组和亚低温组。用透射电镜观察各组肝组织超微结构改变。结果 :肝缺血再灌注组超微结构损伤较重 ;亚低温组超微结构改变较小 ,与缺血再灌注组比较线粒体保护较好 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 Objective:To observe the effect of mild hypothermia on ultrastructual damage to liver induced by ischemia-reperfusion (I-R) injury.Methods:Eighteen dogs were randomly divided into three groups:nonischemic controls (C) group (n=6),ischemia-reperfusion (I-R) group(n=6) and mild hypothermia treatment (H) group (n=6).To observe the ultrastructural changes of liver by electron microscope.Results:Ultrastructural damage to liver was more severe in I-R;Ultrastructual changes of liver was mild and protective effects to mitochondria was better in H than in I-R(P<0.01).Conclusions:Mild Hypothermia has protective effects on ultrastructural damage to liver after ischemia-reperfusion.
