摘要
目的观察软脉胶囊对脑缺血再灌注大鼠的影响。方法复制不完全性脑缺血再灌注模型,观察脑含水量、LA、SOD、MDA、CAT、Na+-K+-ATP酶的变化。结果软脉胶囊0.81、2.43g/kg能升高血中SOD和皮层中CAT、Na+-K+-ATP酶含量,降低血中MDA和皮层中乳酸含量和含水量。结论软脉胶囊对脑缺血再灌注大鼠有保护作用,其作用可能通过降低自由基和改善能量代谢实现。
Objetive:To observe the effect of Ruanmai capsule on cerebral ischemia -reperfusion injury in rats.Methods:A cerebral ischemia -reperfuse model in rats was establis hed by ligaturing bilateral arteria l carotis and vagus.The brain water co ntent,lactate(LA),Superoxide dismatase(SOD),malondialdehyda(MDA),catalase(CAT),Na + -K + -ATPase were examined.Results:Ruanmai capsule(0.81、2.43g /Kg ),can increase the levels of SOD in blood and CAT and Na + -K + -AEPase in cerebral cortex,decreasing the levels of MDA in blood and LA in cerebral cortex,decreasing br ain water content.Conclusion:Ru-anmai capsule has funtion of protecting the brain of rats with cerebral ischemia -reperfusion injury by decreasing oxygen free radicals and improving energy metabolism in cent ral nervous system.
