循环流化床铁矿石直接还原是一项较新的工艺·建立了一个数学模型 ,用以描述床内的还原动力学过程 ,运用有关动力学理论 ,分析得出床内还原反应的动力学控制步骤为矿粉颗粒表面的化学反应 ,整个床内的平均还原率R与反应时间t的关系为R =5b3t3- 7 5b2 t2 +4 5bt(b为常数 ) ·
A mathematics model is proposed to demonstrate the dynamic process of Fe ore reduction in Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB). Based on the dynamic theory,the elaborate analysis shows that the reduction key step process in CFB is controlled just by chemical reaction on the ore particle surface. The equation between reduction rate( R ) and reaction time( t ) is R=5b 3t 3-7 5b 2t 2+4 5bt where b is a consistent.
