摘要
在理论分析的基础上,建立了流化床反应器的流动模型,给出了气体流速、床体尺寸、处理能力等参数的计算公式和判断内部流态化流型的依据。在此基础上,给出了1个模型的算例,并与文献给出的计算结果相比较,结果表明二者的符合性较好,根据模型计算得到的参数具有良好的合理性。该模型对使用流化床反应器炼铁有一定的指导意义。
A flow model based on theoretic analysis was developed to represent FBR (Fluidized-Bed Reactor). Some equations were given to confirm parameters of fluidized-bed reactor, such as gas velocity, reactor size, and production capability and so on. A criterion was proposed to judge the fluidization regime. Results of the given example show good consistency with that of literature. Parameters result from above model is reasonable. The model provides a good guidance for fluidized-bed reactor iron-making process.
