摘要
采用分光光度法测定了辽宁产树舌及不同方法提取物中锗元素的含量。结果表明 ,树舌中含有较丰富的锗 ,且不同提取物中锗含量亦不相同 ,这为中药炮制选择合理工艺提供了参考依据。
The content of elements of Ge in Ganoderma applanatum(Pers.ex Gray.)Pat.of producing in Liaoning and its extracts got by different extracting methods was determined by spectrophotometre.The results show that the G.applanatum(Pers.ex Gray.)Pat.are rich in Ge and its different extracting methods have obvious influence.This expericent provides useful data for producing technology of Chinese medicine.
