摘要
知识经济时代已悄悄来临 ,知识经济本身的特点决定了处于教育结构最高层次的研究生教育必须重视研究生创新能力的培养。为此我们必须适应时代发展的需要 ,通过更新教育观念、调整人才培养模式、改革教学内容和课程体系、创设创新环境、优化导师队伍等基本途径 ,进一步深化研究生教育改革 ,努力培养大批“创新型”高级人才。
The characteristics of the knowledge economy make it necessary to attach due importance to the cultivation of graduate students' creative ability. In order to meet the needs of the new era, we must change our concepts of education, transform the modes of education, reform the content of teaching and curriculum, establish an environment that encourages creativity, and improve the quality of faculty. Only by deepening the reform of graduate education, will we be able to train large numbers of creative as well as qualified people .
