摘要
目的 :观察莫沙必利治疗肺心病并消化道症状的疗效。方法 :选取 6 4例肺心病并消化道症状的患者 ,随机分成治疗组和对照组各 32例。除常规治疗外 ,治疗组加服莫沙必利 5 m g,每天三次 ,14d后观察疗效。结果 :治疗组中消化道各症状的改善率明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :在常规治疗基础上 。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of mosapride in treatment of cor pulmonale combination digestive tract symptom.Methods:64 patients with cor pulmonale combination digestive tract symptom were randomly equally divide into two groups.Besides regular treatment,the treatment group were treated with mosapride of 5mg tid for 2 weeks.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group is superior to the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion:On basis of routine treatment,mosapride is signal efficacy in treating cor pulmonale combination digestive tract symptom.
