摘要 从测头和测头方向的选择、测量点数目及其位置的确定、检测路径的规划、碰撞检查和碰撞规避问题等几方面对自动检测规划的研究和发展做了较全面的综述 。 With the rapid development of modern manufacturing industry, a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is widely applied in quality inspection, so the implementation of automatic inspection is of great significance. A comprehensive survey about the study and development of automatic inspection planning is given in the field of the choice of probe and probe orientation, the determination of the number and positions of the measured points, the planning of the inspection path, the collision detection and collision avoidance, and several pieces of advices are given in enhancing efficiency and reliability of the inspection planning.
