摘要
基于Pro/TOOLK IT和V isual C++编程实现了PRO/ENG INEER零件模型几何信息的自动提取,从而使CMM与CAD集成。阐述了利用Pro/TOOLK IT提供的相关库函数通过访问Pro/E的单一数据库,以特征为单位对零件各组成特征的体素类型、形体尺寸、基点坐标、方向矢量等信息进行提取的方法。详细说明了实现该方法的编程思想,并通过实例验证了所开发零件模型几何信息自动提取方法的正确性。
Based on the Pro/TOOLKIT and Visual C ++ , the automatic extracting of Pro/E part model geometry information was achieved, which can promote the integration of CMM and CAD. Taking character as the unit, through accessing Pro/E single database using corresponding functions of Pro/TOOLKIT, the extracting method of such part composing features information as body type, form dimensions, base point coordinates and direction vector was explained. The programming thinking was presented. And the given example validated the automatic extracting method of part model geometry information.
