介绍了火箭炮的发展历史及其作为常规局部战争的主要武器在现代战争中所起到的重要作用 ;比较俄罗斯、美国和其它国家和地区火箭炮的主要品种及性能 ;基于未来战争对火箭炮提出的更高要求 ,指出了火箭炮的发展方向以及目前实现的手段和先进技术。
Rocket gun is the main weaponry used in conventional war in local areas. This article introduces the history and development of rocket gun, makes a comparison of the main types and their performances of Russia, USA and other countries and areas, and gives the development trend of rocket gun and the method and advanced technology of improving performance on the basis of higher demand of future war.
