摘要 介绍了多管航空火箭发射器平行度的传统测试方法,分析了传统方法的不足之处。在传统测试方法的基础上,采用准直激光光束模拟多管火箭发射器炮管轴线,利用CCD成像系统,结合数字图像处理技术完成了对多管武器系统的平行度检测,很大程度上弥补了传统测试方法的不足。叙述了系统的工作原理,介绍了系统的关键部分的设计,详细分析了系统的测试精度,并且得到了较好的结果。 The traditional method for measuring the parallelism of the multi-barrel aerial rocket launcher is introduced. The disadvantages of the traditional method are analyzed. A new method based on the traditional method is presented, applying the collimated laser to simulate the axes of the multi-barrel launcher. Adopting the advanced CCD camera and by use of the digital image processing and measuring technology, we checked the parallelism of the multi-barrel weapon system. The method can greatly compensate for the deficiency of the traditional checking methods. The working principle of the laser calibration system and the design of the main components are introduced, and the accuracy of the system is analyzed.
