摘要
目的本实验采用立体定向术和新鲜未肝素化血液注入尾状核而建立大鼠脑出血模型,观察用丹皮酚、尼莫通干预后的脑出血组较单纯脑出血组在rCBF、脑水份含量及神经行为学方面的变化。用氢清除法分别测定血肿周围和远隔部位不同时限的rCBF;用干-湿法测定两组大鼠脑出血后4.12和24小时R1,R2,R3,B4部位的脑水份含量;观察两组大鼠在脑出血后不同时限的神经行为学评分的改变。结果 丹皮酚、尼莫通干预的脑出血组血肿周围,远隔部位的rCBF明显增加,脑水份含量降低,神经行为学明显改善与单纯出血组比较有显著差异性(P≤0.05或0.01)
The nonheparinized arterial blood was injected into the Caudate nucleus of the rat to establish a model of ICH (intracerebral hemorrhage) in this Study, to Compare the groups of ICH with the pops of ICH and intervened by PL.NM to observe the changes of rCBF, brain symptoms, to measure different time rCBF of the brain surrounding the hematoma and distnat structures by hydrogen Clearance method. Brain water content in R1, R2, R3, R4at 4, 12, and 24 hours after ICH was determined by the wet and dry weighing method, Neurological symptom evaluation was undertaken at 4, 12, 24,48 and 72 hours after experimental ICH. The results were as follows: In the areas around the hematoma and distant from hematoma of the ICH groups, which were intervened by PL, and NM, rCBF increased evidently, brain water content was reduced, neurological Symptoms were improved obviously, there were obviously difference(P < 0. 05 on 0. 01 ) by comparing with the groups of ICH. Thus, PL.NM are calcium Charmal blockers could improve rCBF.brain water content and neurological symptoms after ICH in rats.
