摘要
目的 研究丹皮酚抗鹌鹑实验性动脉粥样硬化作用。方法 高脂饲料喂养鹌鹑,丹皮酚ig给药(200、400 mg·kg^(-1)),qd,连续10 wk。酶法测定血清脂质(TC、TG、LDL、HDL、HDL_3)及载脂蛋白(apoA_1、apoB_(100))含量,计算HDL/TC、HDL/LDL、HDL_2/HDL_3、apoA_1/apoB_(100)比值。同时测定主动脉壁、肝脏TC含量;病理检查主动脉分叉处粥样斑块面积和厚度;并测定高脂鹌鹁血液流变性改变。结果 丹皮酚可明显降低血清和主动脉壁脂质含量,提高HDL/TC、HDL/LDL、HDL_2/HDL_3、apoA_1/apoB_(100)比值,不同程度改善血液流变性,减轻主动脉斑块面积和厚度。结论 口饲丹皮酚,具有抗鹌鹑实验性动脉粥样硬化作用。
The effects of paeonol on experimental atherosclerosis in quails caused by high lipid feeding were studied. METHOD To use high lipid forage feed quails, ig paeonol (200 mg·kg-1) qd×10wk. Enzyme linked immunososbent to aseay the content of TC, TG, LDL,HDL, HDL3,apoA1,apoB100 in Serum and TC levels in the aostic, and to count the ratio of HDL/TC,HDL2/HDL3,HDL/LDL,apoA1/ apoB100.To examine area and thicknes of atherosclezosis in the aortic in pathological methodology. To assay hemorrheology of the high lipid quaiols. RESULTS Paeonolresulted the reduction of TC,TG, LDL, VLDL,apoB100 levels in Serum and TC levels in aortic. The ratio of HDL/TC,HDL2/ HDL3, HDL/LDL, apoA1/apoB100 were elevated. In addition, the drug could improve hemorrheology and reduce area and thickness of atherosclososis in the aortic. CON-CLUTION The study suggests that oral administration of paenol might have the lipid of accommodation and anti-ather-sosclerosis action.
