脉冲多普勒超声心动图实时频谱分析在心脏分流性疾病诊断中的应用

摘要 本文应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图实时频谱分析对心脏分流性疾病进行了诊断研究,对房间隔缺损、室间膈缺损及动脉导管未闭等先天性心脏病分流血流的频谱特征进行了分析,经心外科手术证实本方法准确,可靠。 The purpose of this study is to detect the primary spectral features in cardiac shunt diseases by analizing and comparing the pulsed Doppler blood flow spectrum in patients with atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect and patent ductus arteriosus. Among the five features such as the timing, spectral form, flow direction, flow velocity and affecting Position of the flow, the timing was the most important for clinical diagnosis. 10 patients with atrial septal defet, 11 ventricular septal defect and 3 patent ductus arteriosus examined dy pulsed Doppler echocardiography were confirmed by the operation. Pulsed Doppler echoardioguaphy is a most useful method for diagnosis of cardiac shunt diseases.
