讨论微通道板玻璃的二次电子发射系数及其影响因素。通过将R+b、C+s离子部分或全部代替玻璃中的K+离子,调整玻璃网络结构参数以及PbO与Bi2O3的摩尔比例,使玻璃的二次电子发射系数从27增加到37。
The secondary electron emission coefficient of MCP glass and its effected facters are disoussed. By substituting K + ions in glass all or partially with Rb +, Cs +, adjusting glass network structure parameters and the moiat ratio of PbO and Bi 2O 3, the secondary electron emission coefficint of glass is inereased from 2 7 to 3 7. and the gain stability and lifetime of MCP are improved.
