摘要
叙述微通过板玻璃的电阻率(电阻车的倒数即电导率)和其氢还原处理后的表面电阻率以及表面电阻率的影响因素。按照玻璃网络结构观点并就微通道板制造工艺中出现的电阻率差异进行了分析。最后,给出了改进措施。
The resistivity of MCP glase (the reciprocal of resistivity is conductivity), the surface resistivity of it after hydrosen reduct on and it's influence factors are described.The dif ference between resis tivities in the processing of MCP is analysed from the glass network structure. And finally, an improving measure is given.
