摘要
为研究O- 2 在低水平辐射所致小鼠骨髓细胞增殖刺激效应中的作用。用3 H -TdR参入法测量细胞增殖能力 ;细胞色素C还原法测量培养介质中O- 2 浓度。实验证明 ,在一定浓度范围内 ,O- 2 含量增加 ,细胞增殖能力也增加 ;如果实验性降低O- 2 浓度 ,细胞增殖能力也随之降低。说明O- 2 在低水平辐射所致刺激效应中可能起着重要的作用。
To study the role of O - 2 in the stimulating effect caused by low level radiation. Determining the proliferative ability of mouse bone marrow cells in vitro by 3H-TdR incorporation method. Measuring the O - 2 concentration by Cyt.C reduction method. In a certain range of O - 2concetration, O - 2 could promote significantly the proliferation of mouse bone marrow cells. In the case of the experimental decrease of O - 2 concentration , which was generated in the cell culture medium, the proliferation level of the cells also decline. Superoxide free radical anions (O - 2) may play an important role in the stimulating cell proliferation caused by low level radiation.
