摘要
原有的产Ｏ·－２体系不适宜用作生物大分子的损伤研究。本实验以半透膜将产Ｏ·－２液相与待作用的样品液相分隔，使产Ｏ·－２液相中的组分选择性地透过至样品液相，对样品进行作用。这种半透产Ｏ·－２体系非常适于蛋白质、核酸等生物大分子损伤后的结构变化分析研究。
In this paper, we present the founding of an O·-2 yielding system (XO/X) with semipermeable membrane to divide the XO/X and the sample (proteins, peptide or nucleic acid) into two liquid phases. The O·-2 in the system can diffuse freely out of the membrane and to attack the sample while the others in the system cannot diffuse out of the membrane. This system is fit for the analysis of structure change (protein sample) by CD, DSC and SAXS.
