摘要
为控制钢包中钢水回磷和进行炉外脱磷 ,以Li2 O作变性剂替代CaO SiO2 Fe2 O3 MnO2 MgO -P2 O5系中部分CaO ,研究了Li2 O对渣系的熔化性能、粘度和脱磷能力的影响 结果表明 ,在控制渣系组成为 :w(CaO +Li2 O) /w(SiO2 ) =2 5 ,w(Li2 O) =15 % ,w(Fe2 O3 +MnO2 ) =7% ,w(P2 O5)≤ 3%的条件下 ,该渣系熔点低、粘度适中且脱磷能力强 。
To avoid the rephosphorization and carry out the dephosphorization of the liquid steel in ladle,Li 2O is used as a denaturant to replace part of CaO in CaO SiO 2 Fe 2O 3 MnO 2 MgO P 2O 5 system.The study on the melting property, viscosity and the ability of dephosphorization indicates that the slag shows good properties suited to dephosphorization and rephosphorization control in ladle if the composition is controlled to w(CaO+Li 2O)/w(SiO 2)=2.5,w(Li 2O)=15%,w(Fe 2O 3+MnO 2)=7%,w(P 2O 5)≤3%
