摘要
本文提出了利用温度平衡原理对铝电解槽进行连续测温的方法。由于采取了负反馈措施 ,能够用热电偶在电解槽外面对内部温度进行测量 ,而不受环境温度变化的影响。初步的实验表明 ,这种方法使得铝电解槽温度的低成本、高精度连续测量成为可能 。
This paper presents a method for the continuous temprature measurement of an aluminum eletrolyzer by using a temperature balancing principle.Through a negative feedback technique,a thermocouple can be put outside the aluminum electrolyzer to determine its inner temperature.An initial experiment shows that this method makes it possible to perform such a temperature measurement with high accuracy and low cost.The method is expected to find wide use in the metallurgical industry.
