湿法电解(槽压)智能巡检与生产指导管理系统

摘要 针对目前国内湿法电解生产过程中电解槽极板量大、监测点多、数据处理量复杂、电磁干扰大、现场腐蚀严重等现状,运用现场总线技术,将采集到的信号送入上位机的监测分析软件系统中,进行计算分析和逻辑判断,开发了湿法电解槽压智能巡检与生产指导管理系统,实现了电解过程电调数据的采集与管理,并可通过检测到的电压信号变化来准确判断电解过程中冷、热板现象,提高金属的析出率。在实际应用中也表明该系统能起到较好的增效降耗效果。 In accordance with the current status and features of the process of wet-method electrolysis, i. e. , large quantity of electrolytic plates, huge amount of the monitoring data, complicated data processing, serious electromagnetic interference, and severe corrosion in the field, etc. , the intelligent data logging and production guidance management system is developed. By adopting fieldbus technology, the signals collected are sent to monitoring and analyzing software in host computer for calculation, analysis and logical judgment. Thus the data in electrol- ysis process are collected and managed ; and through the variance of the detected voltage signals, the phenomenon of cold or hot plate can be judged precisely to enhance the rate of separate out of metal. In practical application, the energy consumption of the system is reduced while the efficiency is increased.
