摘要
在分析目前制造系统设计存在的不足以及相关领域研究现状的基础之上 ,采用面向对象的仿真技术对制造系统进行全面建模 ,将制造系统对象分为物理类、信息类、服务类和工程类 ,从结构、信息、功能和控制角度进行描述 ,并结合制造系统的各项功能要求 ,提出了构筑新型生产系统仿真器的总体结构 ,开发了原型系统 ,并以企业应用为背景 ,验证了系统的实用性、通用性和有效性 ,为制造系统设计。
Based on analyses of design of production system and research in related fields, the object-oriented simulation is used to model the production system. This paper divides the objects in production system into four classes, which describe the system from construction, information, function and control. The architecture of simulator for production system is presented and the efficiency of the software prototype is tested. These provide the integrated tool for the design, operation and optimization of production system.
