摘要
为了解决汽车模具在产品报价过程中难以估计模具制造成本和生产周期等问题,提出了基于工时管理系统的汽车模具产品制造成本和生产周期估计模型。在该模型中,以企业实际生产的工时信息为基础数据,利用多元回归分析方法,对采集到的模具产品工时数据进行统计分析,并对模型精度进行显著性检验,建立了拉延模的制造成本、生产周期与零件数模面积、模具重量之间的关系模型。
It is difficult to estimate the manufacturing cost and production cycle of the die in product quoting. To deal with this problem,an estimation model of die manufacturing cost and production cycle was proposed based on the company's actual man--hour management information. In this model, taking actual man--hour management information of enterprise as basic data, the multiple regression analyzing method was employed to analyze the dies man--hour data. In addition, the accuracy of the model was statistically testified. Finally, some models among a sort of dies parameters and production cycle as well as cost were constructed.
