摘要
针对由于汽车模具调试工时难以确定所导致的制造成本和生产周期与生产实际相差较大的问题,提出了基于工时管理系统的汽车模具调试工时估计方法。在该方法中,以企业实际生产的工时信息为基础数据,利用统计区间估计算法,对采集到的模具产品工时数据进行统计整理和计算,建立了整个调试过程的工时标准,并依据这一工时标准,提出了以工时控制图为工具的工时管理方法。
There are many difficulties in estimating the manufacturing cost and production cycle of the die in production quoting due to the uncertainty of the man-hour of die adjusting and testing. An estimation method has been proposed, based on the man-hour management system, to cope with the problem. In this method, actual man-hour information will be used as basic data, and the statistic model will be constructed for the process to establish a time standard for die adjusting and testing. And a man-hour management method, which will use the control chart of man-hour, has also been proposed, based on the time standard above.
