摘要
根据炼铁高炉具有明显的热量和化学滞后性的特点,指出用动态模型和动力学模型研究高炉的动作响应问题有一定的缺陷和困难 ;而用时间序列分析法可以简便地决定动作的响应特性,并可为各种高炉预报控制模型选择恰当的动作参数和该参数的取值时间,以提高模型的命中率。文中列举了一些动态响应以及预报生铁含硅量的实例。
: In accordance with the characteristic of heat and chemical delay, there are some difficulties and shortcomings while the dynamics or kinetics model is used to research on the action response in a blast furnace (B.F). It is very easy to determine the response of an action adopted in B.F, if the time series data are used, therefore, suitable parameters and delay time can be selected for some predicting model to increase the percentage of hits in target value. Some examples are shown.
