摘要
目的探讨煤烟污染型氟中毒健康教育干预的可能性和传播策略。方法对试点区燃煤方式、食物干燥贮存方法,食物烹调前是否淘洗、氟中毒病情、目标人群氟中毒知识及防制技术知晓情况和可利用传播资源进行调查。结果试点区为煤烟污染型氟中毒重病区,绝大多数目标人群不知道氟中毒知识和防制技术,但试点区具备健康教育传播的有利条件。结论认为采用人际传播为主的手段,通过受训的乡村干部、医生和教师对目标人群实施健康教育干预,同时在中心村寨组织播放健康教育录像、利用赶集日开展健康咨询等方法是符合当地实际的健康教育传播策略。
Objective To explore the possibility and propagation tactics of intervention of health education for endemic fluorosis caused by domestic coal - burning pollution. Methods The ways of employing domestic coal, dehydration fluorosis and its control in the residents of pilot area were investigated. The accessible propagation source was also studied. Results The pilot area was a severe prevalent region of goal residents that mass people had no ideal of health knowledge of endemic fluorosis and its control skills. But a favorable condition for the intervention of health education exists in the pilot area. Conclusion It is practical propagation tactics of health education that it is mainly achieved by personnel propagation, i. e training village cadre members, video programs of health education are repeatedly and collectively offered in the central villages, and activities or health consultation are practiced on the day of village marketing.
