摘要
在系统地阐述ATM技术的基础上 ,论证ATM技术是建设宽带综合业务网的一种核心技术 。
ISDN is the basic facility in modern information society.Demonstrates that ATM technology is one of the core technologies used in building ISDN based on the explanation of ATM technology systematically,and puts forward an initial plan for building ISDN in Shenyang electric power bureau.
