摘要
概述我国专用通信网的现状和发展方向，说明ＡＴＭ 技术的主要优越性，阐述电力广域宽带综合业务数字网的发展需求，提出了其骨干网络、ＡＴＭ 交换机及ＡＴＭ 接入和边缘设备的主要技术性能和要求。
For status at present and development orientation of chinese electric power private telecommunication network is briefed,main advantages of ATM technique are explained. For development require of electric power WAN B-ISDN is expounded,main technical performance and requires of its backbone network,ATM cxchange,ATM connecting in and edge equipment are proposed.
