摘要
目的 :观察中药软肝冲剂抗慢性肝病肝纤维化的作用 ,研制抗肝纤维化的有效新药。方法 :采用软肝冲剂治疗慢性肝病患者 87例 ,疗程 0 .5年 ;与秋水仙碱治疗 87例作对照。结果 :治疗组与对照组临床疗效相当 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;临床症状改善优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ;血清肝纤维化指标 H A、PC 、C 、L N等经 1疗程治疗明显下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,与对照组相比 ,有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;肝脏病理组织学炎症计分与肝纤维化计分亦较治疗前显著下降 (P<0 .0 1) ;肝纤维化逆转率明显优于对照组(P<0 .0 1)。结论
Objective:To observe the protection and treatment effect of Chinese drugs Ruangan Grandule(RG).Method:87 cases of chronic hep atitis were treated with RG for 0.5 year.The serum liver function,li ver fibrosis index and liver biopsy were determined before and after treatment.R esult:The clinical syndromes were improved,and liver fibrosis indexes such as HA ,PCⅢ,CⅣ,LN were lowered,the difference between the treatment group and the c ontrol group was significant(P<0 01).The inflammation g rade of liver was lowered also,the fifference between the two groups was signifi cant(P<0 01).Conclusion:RG had effect on th e liver fibrosis.
