摘要
探讨了红曲霉固态发酵中生物量的测定方法。红曲霉固态发酵的生物量基本可以通过测定红曲霉菌体细胞中的麦角固醇和氨基葡糖含量来推断 ,对于本文中红曲霉固态发酵采用氨基葡糖法相对较好 ,可以估测出固态发酵物中的菌体量。底物干重减重与菌体量存在一定的正向关系 ,通过测定底物减重可以推断出红曲霉生长代谢状况 ,并且方法简便易行 。
