摘要
用０．０６Ｍ盐酸溶解抗凝猪全血制成１∶８、１∶１０血红蛋白液，替代氯化血红蛋白，用市售部标级多酶片为参照物，以国际上公认的胃蛋白酶测定方法之一ＤＡＢ９法为依托进行底物替代研究试验。结果显示替代后测定的重现性好，相对偏差：多酶片为３．４６％，仔猪混合胃液为：Ａ样１．１１％，Ｂ样０．５３％，Ｃ样１．９０％所测的多酶片含量为４８．６８单位／片，与经某权威检测部门测定的４６．５单位／片相近。相对误差为４．６９％。
By using 0.06M hydrochloric acid to dissolve the antifreezing pig blood, two kinds of hemoglobin liquid of 1∶8 and 1∶10 are formed, and serve as the substituent of the hemin. Using the multienzyme complex of ministenal standard as a reference and depending on the international established determining method of the pepase-DAB 9, a test of substrate substitution is done. The results show that the repealability of determining substrates is fine and the relative deviation of the multienzyme complex is 3.46% and the relative deviation of the gastric juics of piglets which include sample A, sample B and sample C is respectively 1.11%, 0.53% and 1.90% and the determining content of the multienzyme complex approaches the content determined by an authentic department. The relative error of the test is 4.69%.
