摘要
受环境保护和能源短缺的牵掣 ,双燃料发动机改造技术在我国得到大力的发展 ,双燃料发动机电控喷射系统的研究是目前的一个热点。本文从硬件和软件两个方面详细论述了天然气电控喷射系统的构成及基本原理 ,并进行了双燃料发动机台架实验 ,实验结果表明发动机的排放特性得到了改善 。
In the view of exhaust emission reduction to meet stringent enviromental requirments and the efficient supply and use of energy, researches and developments of the alternative fuelled vehicles are highlighted all over the world. The technology of dual-fuel engine conversion has been improved energetically in our country, but electronically controlled injection in dual-fuel engine is still a hotspot. This paper describes the basic principle and the construction of electronically controlled gas injection for dual-fuel engine both in hardware and software. This control system is introduced to dual-fuel engine experiment, the experiment results confirm the improvement of emissions performance and also can provide some reference to engineering application.
