摘要
硬件系统由16位的80C196KB单片机和8位的AT89C52单片机构成,前者为主处理器,主要完成输入模拟量的转换、各种控制功能的实现、运算、查表以及与主控微机的通讯等任务,后者为辅处理器,主要完成高速时序信号输出。软件设计包括微机监控系统程序、主控微处理器程序和辅微处理器程序3部分。采用两片存储器,分别存放控制程序及基本控制MAP图和实时数据及修正控制MAP图。经系统测试证实,所介绍的计算机控制系统可以满足发动机实际运转的要求。
The hardware system is composed of a 16-bit chip of 80C196KB and an 8-bit chip of AT89C52. The former is a main processor,the main tasks of which include the conversion of input analogous signals,realization of control functions, calculation, looking-up tables and communication between the main processor and the microcomputer. The latter is a sub-processor, which mainly realizes the output of high-speed timing signals. The software design has three aspects—the watching and controlling system programs of microcomputer, the programs of the main control processor and the sub-processor. In the two storage units,one is used to store the control programs and the basic control MAP,and the other is used to store the online data and the revision control MAP. The testing proves that the controlled system introduced in the paper can meet the needs of engine running.
