摘要
依据液位测量仪表的安全性、可靠性、安装和维护的方便性及性能价格比等指标 ,分析比较了国内外油罐液位测量中几种典型的仪表 ,重点讨论了超声波液位测量仪表的优缺点 ,基于机理分析和实验测试相结合的方法 ,综合了多方面产生测量误差的因素 ,建立了超声波液位测量仪表的误差校正模型。经现场应用结果表明 :采用误差校正模型的方法 ,明显提高了测量精度 ,具有较好的实用价值。
According to the security, reliability, convenience of installation and maintenance as well as performance to price ratio a few typical internal and external instruments to be used in measuring oil tank level are analyzed and compared,this paper gives emphases to discuss advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonic level instrument, based on the method of combining mechanism analysis with experiment testing, many factors to bring measurement error are synthesized and emendable error model of ultrasonic level measurement instrument is established. The results by way of locate application show that the method of adopting emendable error model can improve the measuring precision evidently and be possessed preferable and practical value.
