摘要
论文针对原油储运中含水率测量的实际情况 ,对多种原油含水率测量原理的特点进行了分析 ,采用移动式传感器 ,在线测量储罐原油含水率 ,提出采用梯形面积求和的近似积分法及多项式分段回归曲线拟合法再求拟合曲线的积分 ,建立了原油储罐油量在线动态计量的数学模型。并通过实例验证这两种方法的计算结果。实践表明 ,上述方法对油田联合站动态油量的盘库工作具有很好的实用价值。
In this paper, many measuring methods for water content ratio of crude oil were analyzed based on practical instances measuring water content ratio in the process of crude oil collection and transportation. In order to measure water content ratio in oil tank the approximate integral with changeable integral bounds to trapeze area and the integral under polynomial regression curves in subsections are mentioned by use of removal sensor, and the mathematical models for computing dynamic oil quantity of crude oil tank are established. The computation results of two methods are validated through a practical instance. The dynamic computation methods of oil tanks in on line and real time to be mentioned in this paper have very important and practical value to checking work for dynamic oil quantities in united stations.
