摘要
实际应用中,由于磨损和受热等原因,使得齿轮齿廓以及啮合过程中啮合线都发生了畸变。通过对电力机车变速箱中齿轮的实测数据分析,建立了齿轮齿廓的数值模型,给出了磨损齿轮啮合的必要条件及磨损齿轮传动过程中啮合点的运动方程。结合实例分别研究了不同磨损程度的齿轮的啮合特性,同时给出了相应的啮合线形状。
The gear teeth and meshing line are distorted in the meshing process as a result of wearing and rise in temperature. A numerical model for tooth profiles is proposed according to the measured data of the spur gears in the transmission gear box of an electrified locomotive. The necessary conditions for worn gears to mesh and the functions of the meshing points are derived. The meshing characteristics of the gears in various extent of wearing and the corresponding meshing lines are also calculated.
