摘要
用Archard磨损公式 ,结合赫兹接触理论对标准直齿圆柱齿轮轮齿磨损过程进行了模拟计算。算例表明 :(1)轮齿表面上靠近齿根处磨损量最大 ;(2 )分度点处磨损量最小 ;(3)轮齿根部磨损量大于顶部 ;(4)啮合次数相同时 ,小齿轮齿根磨损较大齿轮多。
The wear process of spur gear was simulated by using Archard' s wear equation along with Hearts contact theory. The calculated result shows that:(1) the maximum wear point is at the root of the tooth;(2) wear at the pitch point is the least; (3) the wear amount of the root part is greater than that of the top part; (4)the wear amount at the root part of the pinion is greater than that at the root part of the gear even if they experience the same number of wear cycles.
