摘要
旅游业是我国第三产业中最具活力和潜力的新兴产业，正成为中国国民经济新的增 长点。本文在回顾了中国旅游业的发展成就和经验的基础上，结合当前中国旅游业面临的一 系列新的重大发展机遇，提出：新世纪中国旅游业将以邓小平理论尤其是旅游经济思想为指 导，突出“六个”坚持，全面夯实建设“世界旅游强国”的基础，为促进我国的改革开放、 经济建设和社会发展做出更大的贡献。
Travel industry is a new tertiary industry with great potential and vitality, and is becoming the rising point in the national economy. The paper re views the achievements and experiences of China's development in travel industry . Regarding with a series of importantly opportunities at present, it points out that the national travel industry should strengthen the base of “the World Gre at Tour Country”so as to make contribution to the opening up and reform of our nation, and promote the economic construction and social development.
