摘要
论述河北省气候的年代际变化特征 ,分析气温降水对水资源和荒漠化的影响 ,提出合理利用水资源、防治土地荒漠化的对策与建议。
The chronological variation features of air temperature and precipitation of Hebei Province are discussed, and the influences of air temperature and precipitation on water resources and desertization are analyzed in the province. Finally, the measures and proposals to utilize water resources reasonably and prevent the land from desertization are raised.
